HCFCU History
Welcome to Health Care Family Credit Union, where we are dedicated to providing you with the very best in financial services. We are a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative financial institution. When you join HCFCU, you become a member and an owner! Since there are no outside stockholders to satisfy, the credit union passes profits to you in the form of lower rates on loans and higher dividends on
savings.

Established in 1969 as St. Mary's Hospital Credit Union, we have since grown to serve more than 100 employee groups in the health care field, as well as several civic organizations. We also serve residents and employees of Richmond Heights and Maplewood, and family members of any of the above groups.

Who Can Join?
Health Care Family Credit Union serves more than 100 employee groups in the health care industry, as well as residents and employees in Richmond Heights and Maplewood, Missouri. Immediate family of current HCFCU members are also eligible to join.

Membership is open to anyone who:

• Is employed by one of our many Select Employee Groups
• Works or resides in the 63117 or 63143 zip codes
• Is a relative of a current member
• Anyone who works at a health care facility located in certain zip codes. Email us to see if you’re eligible

Once you are a member of the credit union, you remain a member for life – whether you move, change jobs or retire – as long as you maintain an initial deposit of $5 in a share account. The $5 must remain in your share account at all times in order to enjoy all our services.
