Virtual Branch Is Getting A New Look!

Health Care Family Credit Union is
pleased to announce that our Virtual Branch Online Banking system
will be getting a new look in the coming month! This fresh interface
will still provide you with convenient access to your accounts, plus
an enhanced user experience that will make Virtual Branch and Online
Bill Pay even easier to use.

Upcoming Changes
The first of the new features is a
refreshed Overview Page. This page will allow you to view account
balances, account history, scheduled payments and scheduled
transfers – all from a single page. Subjects of recent secure
messages and alerts can also be seen from this page. With this new
layout, you will only be one click away from many of the
transactions you use most.
The Site Menu has also been updated. A
horizontal menu at the top of the screen uses tabs and sub-menus,
all replacing the existing left navigation menu. These tabs and
sub-menus will always be visible, so you will be able to easily find
the pages and functions you need.<
Finally, a new Self Service Page will
provide you with links to items such as secure messages, alerts,
request forms, logon id and security code changes, personal
information and user preferences. You will be fully in control of
your own communications and personal profile.
